We have Netflix through sky. It won’t let us sign in and the home page is Spanish

It sounds like your account may have been hijacked. You'll need to contact Netflix to get it sorted. (You could trying using the password reset option but I'd suspect that the email linked to the account has been changed as well but there's no harm trying - not all thieves are smart! )

I'd also take some steps to check/secure your other online accounts if they use the same email and similar/same passwords.
