Needs to be authorised
Sky Q watch on sky go and watch on sky Q mini box shows an x and says your sky Q box needs to be authorised to use this service. Also whenever I try to download anything from on demand it is stuck on 0% downloaded and doesn't download. I've tried updating it and turning it off and turning the WiFi off
is there any way to fix this issue
