I've tried logging in with my detail for Netflix and it's say there is another account attached to it and it's stopping me from using my Netflix and they have said to contact sky and you can unlink it.

If you have your email already linked to a netflix account I don't think there is anything Sky can do about it, you would need to use a different one in that case.
