Need to reset Sky Q box once per week

I have to reset my Sky Q box at least once a week, and it always freezes. I thought it might be a remote-control issue, so I ordered a new one, but the problem persists. 

To fix the problem, I have to unplug the Sky Q box, wait 30 seconds, then plug it in and go through the start-up process. After this, the box works as it should for a few days, and then the problem happens again.

 

I, like every one, pay a small fortune for this service, without having a support service that's easy to access by telephone, I am trying to get some support on this community site. Can anyone help me?
