Hi I am trying to order a replacement sky q mini box. I have tried resetting it with the methods advised on this forum and am sure it is faulty. I am having trouble finding out how to speak to the right person to order a new one. Any advise would be would be greatly appreciated

I just stated it won't power on and in a few days a new box arrived and we swapped them over on the doorstep..

I have requested a new sky mini box. Ours constantly freezes when watching telly and we have to reset it every day as won't turn on. Do I get charged for this replacement because we do in fact rent the sky q system so should be replaced for free if faulty.

Thank you for replying. Much appreciated. To be honest if I did get charged then I'd be reducing the £140 a month we pay. Thanks again 👍
