Need new sky remote

BT cancelled sky bundle for me and after I sent back sky remote with sky broadband I found out I can't cancel sky tv. The problem is I can't watch tv without remote. I rang two weeks ago they said they are sending me new remote but I haven't received anything yet and I don't know what is happening.
