Need new Sky Q box

My Sky Q box is still faulty after running all tests.

wont restart properly when using pause function. No sound then shuts down

If you end up arranging a doorstep box swap whereby DPD bring a new box and take your old one away, don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty box.
