Error Message: You will soon lose your Sky channels

im receiving the error message
'you will soon lose your Sky channels
to keep viewing go to sky.com/my account'
Does anybody know why this is happening? I've gone to check my account to see if there was any issues with it or billing, and there's nothing showing. My next bill is due on the 28th Sept & everything is up to date!
