My contract has ended with Sky and i need to return 2 x tv boxes and a Router, you say that you have sent me Packaging to return these items, but i havent recieved any packaging

You can use your own packaging. Rather than waiting any longer for Sky to send your packaging out, that does not always seem to happen. Follow this link to print your own labels; https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband Make sure you keep your proof of posting.
If at a later date, Sky come back and say they have not received your kit, please come back on here and we as Superusers can escalate to Sky to resolve for you, with your proof of posting. Its quite a common escalation, that gets easily resolved
