Need dish moved from wall to chimney??

Sky dish on a bracket outside back door with years since it was installed but we ve constructed a pergola which is over it and every time it rains the signal gets blocked due to stagnant water on the roof of pergola above the dish.....how do I go about moving the dish!! Is it sky's responsibility if I book an engineer as I have no signal most of the time .....or is it at my own cost??

Sky will charge for any dish moving (about £65) but they won't move it to a chimney.
