I need an engineer to reroute my cable from my dish and also to reroute my internet into my house

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

You will need to call Sky to arrange that and there's likely to be a charge.

Note that this is two different jobs involving different technologies requiring different personnel, and would probably be arranged on different timescales: keep this in mind when talking to Sky.
