Need a replacement Sky Q box
My Sky Q in my bedroom is no longer working, I've tried resetting but no joy, my living room one is totally fine. Please could I get a replacement.

Try this first before calling Sky:
Switch the Sky Q Mini box off at the mains.
Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains.
Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds.
Once it flashes red and green, press the standby button on the front of the box.
If the lights don't show after 30 seconds, repeat steps 1 to 2.
The box will then restart.
After the on-screen messages have disappeared, press Home on your Sky Q remote to switch your box back on.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
I presume the affected box is a mini box?
If you do end up needing a new box it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new mini box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away. You need to contact Sky to arrange this.
