Discovery+ - Changes.
I have just queried the change to my bill and subsequent email as I made no changes.
According to the agent, if TNT Sports becomes part of the Discovery+ app it will be included at no extra cost.
Whilst it would be nice, I dont for a minute think I will be getting a £25 reduction in my bill each month. Just a case of more incorrect been handed out.
Changes to your Sky portfolio
The following subscriptions have been cancelled:
- Discovery+ on 29/05
- Discovery+ Digital on 29/05
Any changes to your payments will be reflected on your next bill.

And now received this. Also didnt receive the Sky Service email

Due to a technical fault, you received the email in error.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. As per our previous email titled ‘Sky Service’, your access to discovery+ via the Sky service ended on 25 May 2023."

I have a message stating that Sky max pod 26/9. ultrfast1 (FTTP)on 17/9 Broadband boost 18/9. Sky max hub on 26/9.removal This information is confirmed by your message. Plesae confirm that these changes have been made. Latest charge dow NOT include tat reduction that should have taken place. These chage are needed to help me survive all that you take from me. I am 86 year old and rarle wath now and having seen all my payments you have taken from my account I am desperate to cease all the char ges as I do not know how all the charges have been added for su cah a long time. MONTHS and I do not know how that charges have been added. I have no recolection of asking for such a vast addiction to my account You have mad a reduction to my bank account early so why?? Please assist me with such a vast amount has been taken for at least a year?? I would be very grateful for your help.
