Need a Pin code and not able to access Netflix

I'm having problem with Sky streaming box .I don't have the pin code and do I set it up or you will provide me with the pin code.Not able to record the shows on the television and not able to access Netflix.

 

Please do the necessary changes would need to make

@Horse519great  You're not talking to Sky customer services, no n ehere can set anything up.

 

You've said you have a Sky srteaing box, but posted in  Sky Q forum, which product do you have?

 

Sky Q  or Sky Glass/Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The default PIN for Sky Stream is the last four digits of the telephone number which was supplied to Sky when the subscription was ordered.

@Horse519greatAssuming it is a streaming device and not Q. If it is Q then it is the last 4 digits on your viewing card.

 

 

Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your mobile number, unless you change it.

Just say:

  • "Hello Sky, Forgot my PIN" near your Sky Glass TV; or
  • say it while you press and hold the voice button on your remote.

You can also update it through the Sky menu. On your Sky remote, select Home > scroll down to My Sky > Manage your PIN > Forgot your PIN?.

You’ll need your bank details to hand, as you’ll be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your payment method to reset it. For Direct Debit payments, that’s the last 4 digits of your account number.
