How do I get a sky q mini box I am paying for Sky multi screen but don't have a mini box

@VmnmnA mini box doesn't automatically come with a multiroom subscription you have to ask for one. Sometimes the first mini box is free sometimes there is a one off loan fee of £50.

So you need to talk to Sky.
