NEW SKY Q SET UP

Have just swapped over from sky+ to sky Q as the box was playing up and looked like it was on it's last legs. I am disappointed to find that there doesn'tr appear to be a text / news service on the BBC channels as before. Not sure if I am missing something or not but used to enjoy the news and sports fixtures, as well as other features. I have had a bit of a look around the system but no luck so far - can anyone help at all? Seems like I've taken a backward step as the features on sky Q are just as basic as sky +. Thanks everyone in advance.

@TanyaB1 afraid the text service that was on Sky+HD is not on Sky Q what is on Sky Q is what the BBC wanted to bring in for everyone but changed their minds after people complained, unfortunately the BBC have never changed Sky Q back to the old service afraid there is  nothing Sky can do about it
