Unable to change/upgrade package online

I’ve had a long-standing issue ever since I’ve had SkyTV account - where I cannot view or access any information on changing my Sky TV package online. I have tried this on various web browsers, on the app and on my SkyQ box but, when I click "Upgrade now", "See deals" or "Got Sky? Come on in", I am sent to  a "Discover our best deals" page with a link ("See all sports offers") and a "Get started" link about Sky Glass. The Sky Glass link works - but I am not interested in this. The "See all sports offers" simply comes up with a blank, which I can go back from.
