NETFLIX

I have just upgraded to Sky Q.  I dont have a netflix account but when I access the netflix app on sky q there is already a user on there and I can access netflix, is this just a temporary account or is this permanent.

I cant seem to get an answer if Netflix is free all the time or just for a few months.  Can someone help me

There shouldn't be any user signed into the Netflix account even if you have it as part of your package unless it is your Sky sign in details @niknok47 


@Dazzasky @niknok47 I wonder/think that  if the box has been reconditioned but hasn't had a full reset done leaving the previous users netflix account on the box ?

Hi @niknok47 

Netflix is sometimes bundled with Sky Signature.

Check in your My Sky (Home menu - Scroll to bottom) in your Q box.

See if Ultimate TV appears in your Account.  If it does you have Netflix.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Answered - Go to Answer
