My tv remote does not work. I requested a new one but got a text saying it has not been processed

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

Regarding your Q remote control.

Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

I presume you mean the Sky Q remote not the TV remote. It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket.
