@Sabirna Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

can you give us an idea of what is happening with your box, what are you seeing on the screen or what error messages are you seeing


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
