Sky Q connection keep dropping, non-sky internet

Recently switched internet from Sky to YouFibre for full fibre. issues with main sky q box dropping internet. After about 60 seconds. Tried changing eco mode, 2.4 / 5ghz etc. however can't seem to solve. Hardwiring main box isn't an option.

any thoughts?
