My sky remote is not working certain numbers and the enter button is not working

Sky remote is not working the select button will not work and certain numbers I cannot change the channel

If the remote is faulty (you've tried a reset?) then you can ask Sky for a replacement here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/replaceremote

 

if you want one quicker you can buy one from popular outlets.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
