My Sky Q box seems to run very hot, it often ignores the remote ( I've reset the box and changed batteries in the remote). It also intermittently starts pixelating the picture / so it's broken up, then recovers then sometimes minutes later, sometimes hours later, it starts again. This happens on recordings and live tv. I suspect the box needs changing but there's no option for a box change for this issue on the support menu. It's been going on for a month or so. Wait time for support is currently more than 40 minutes.

Also, I live in a detached house, it happens in good and bad weather, sunshine and rain.
