My sky q mini box isnt working but my Sky Q main box is working

I've tried everything that I could The heading explains the issue/s. The main box is downstairs and the mini box is upstairs. I can't even get the manual button on the mini box to turn on. Ive changed the batteries on the remote control. Ive removed and replaced the SKY plug several times. No luck whatsoever

I tried following the steps but I'm convinced its the Sky q minibox that needs replacing. I have tried everything. The lights on the minibox won't even come on. The button on the minibox wont respond either.

Can someone kindly advise how I get through to Sky to advise them. Is it their responsibility to replace it? I pay a high monthly subscription and I'm not getting what I ought to get.

 I made contact with Sky and I am going to be sent a new sky q minibox.
