My sky q mini box is stuck on orange no matter if i switch it off or anything.

My sky q mini box power button is stuck on Amber no matter if I switch it off n on or press any combination of buttons. The only thing that's happened was shortly before it went off the internet stopped working in the whole house for an hour or 2 plus my main box has done a software upgrade as well so I don't know if Any of them things matter but looking for any explanation before ringing sky up, it just seems strange to me that there isn't a recovery method that's seems to sort the problem out. O yes the engineer said because mu tele was old I might have to take the hdmi out and put it back in to work wish I didn't bother now hope somebody can help.

Just an update I pressed 7 and 9 together then 1 and 3 and pressed the wps button on my main box which took me to A recovery page I followed the steps now its working again thank god,hope this helps anyone else who gets the same problem
