You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

Sky won't send out new boxes just like that. Perhaps if you explain what's happening and what if any error message you're seeing.

First of all you are not contacting directly Sky here.  Boxes won't just be 'sent out'.

 

Perhaps you can explain the issues in a bit more detail and see if other customers can assist you...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Regarding your issues if you provide more information the forum may be able to help.

Otherwise you need to contact Sky for an Engineer.

Extremely unlikely that three boxes would be despatched: if that's one main and two Minis, the most probable issue is with the current main box.
