My sky mini box is constantly losing connection. It has got worse over the last few months. We have restarted it on many occasions and followed several different suggestion on trouble shooting which either did not work or would work for a few days before not working again it is so bad now that we are unable to watch tv in the bedroom at all, meaning we are paying for a service which we do not receive. I'd be grateful if you could sent someone to resolve the issue assp

If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
