My sky mini box stays on red when I try to turn it on. I've tried rebooting the main sky box but it's not working.

To complete the recovery procedure on your Sky Q Mini box:

1. Switch the Sky Q Mini box off at the mains.
2. Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains.
3. Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds.
4. Once it flashes red and green, press the standby button on the front of the box.

It may need replacement for which you'll need to call Sky.

Hi @Marzy 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Thank you for trying to help me. I had to phone Sky and they helped me to input the remote and it worked.
