My sky keeps freezing

Sky keeps freezing, doing my head in. £150 pcm and can't even watch  first game of the season 😡

@Lolaskye1  It's likely to be a dish issue, however a reboot can also resolve minor niggles.

Sky Q needs to have a dish otherwise it cannot work, do you mean Glas/Stream?

It's on my sky Q in another room. Freezes on both. Usually only does it when it snows but it's a clear sky with the sun out 🤷‍♂️

@Lolaskye1  Try the following:

 

Unplug both the main box & the mini, plug main Q box back in, allow to fully reboot and you can acess the TV guide, then repeat with the Q mini.
