No apps working on Sky. Q

Currently waiting for dish to be installed and was streaming via apps in the meantime. Now none of the apps are working, they all say there is an issue with my streaming service.

@Mjssssss  The box will not function without a keep alive signal, which ot won't get if you have no dish.  As you've found the box ceases to function after a while.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
