Sky sports upgrade

My sky account says I have sky sports when I try and watch it says I need to upgrade when I try and upgrade it comes up with error message MYSKY_1802

Hi @Andy5278 

First thing to check is that you are not trying to Watch UHD Sports without the Q UHD add on subscription.
