Exactly what are you trying to download and what happens when you try?

I am trying to download jfk program I'm going on my skygo app on my phone press the download button saying its been sent to sky box but it's not recording I have my green and white light on my box

Assume these are scheduled programs not On Demand?
Which white light are you referring to?

There is no White light on a Q box
