Uhd no longer working

Started up my sky today to find there was sound but no picture.  I managed to reset the resolution to 1080p and it's working ok, so for some reason the picture @ 2160p is now not available on my LG TV oled c7

 

Have tried rebooting and checked most recent software update is running on both TV and sky q box.  Checked with my firestick and 4k still works ok on tv

 

Uhd has always worked up to now so not sure what the problem could be?

So it turned out be a software update was needed for the AV receiver.  All done and working now, thanks again for your help

Have you tried a Different HDMI cable if you have one @Wheresmy5ghz ?

That's a great shout.  Bypassed my AV receiver and 2160p is working again.  Looks like it's a hardware/cable issue with the receiver
