My sky a mini box keeps jumping and not working properly

My sky q mini not working properly keeps jumping and pausing. I have tried all the things I've read on sky web pages and still nothing any ideas

@Stuart871 I know you have said you have tried everything you have read but that doesn't tell us what you have actually tried so if you have tried the following i'm sorry for posting it

 

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box 

 

If that doesnt help you may need to contact Sky as you mini box might be on the limit for receiving a signal from your main box so you might need a booster
