My sky a has picture and no sound have tried checking in settings no fix. Mute not on.

My Sky Q box recently installed a couple of months ago.   Keeps, mid use, losing sound but maintains pictures.   Have been into settings and audio setting which seem fine - no fix

have unplugged and switched off - no fix

box does feel v v warm on top of left side

any thoughts on what's wrong or how to fix?
