Can't download Discovery+ app on TV

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading Discovery+ in my Sky Q, it's stating I may have to sign in with my Sky iD but isn't giving me an option to sign in. QR code isn't registering

How are you trying to use the QR code?

You don't use your Sky ID on it.
