My sky TV is not working
Sky TV states technical fault only able to access Netflix no other channels working

What TV service, do you have, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass ?

Sky Q catch up working but not the usual bbc or stv channels. Internet connected so not sure what has happened

If it has been windy where you are then the dish may have been moved slightly. The result would be loss of channels in the guide but internet services working OK.
Is that what you see?

As mentioned above.
Are you seeing a 'no satellite signal' error on some channels?
If so, work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking an engineer.
