My sky Q remote wont pause or rewind

All other buttons work on the remote apart from rewind, pause or fastforward

Are you sure it's an issue with the remote? Have you tried rebooting the Sky Q box?

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
