I've recently been unwell in august 2023 and my sky Q mini box isn't working, tried to turn off then on, when I looked on main tv and sky Q box it's stated
" you don't have the required subscription to use a sky Q mini "
im bill has not changed and have only now been well enough to contact you,

@Neatcreation the first thing to try is rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
