Sky Q remote volume inverted when used with TCL C741K

This is very frustrating  - volume inverted on Sky Q remote. Used code 2703.

Have seen thread : https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky/New-TV-TCL-43C-645K-need-remote-code-for-SKY-HD/m-p/4457877

So clearly I'm not the only one.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

@phil+mo

That other thread is for Sky+ not Sky Q.

Ah thanks @Daniel0210

Maybe not related in that sense though - hopefully there is a Sky Q solution somewhere.

Hi @phil+mo

All latest Q remotes are Bluetooth and use TV Brand for pairing and codes

Assuming you are using a Q Bluetooth remote (all Q Bluetooth remotes have a microphone button):-

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
