My screen tells me ' This programme cannot be recorded'
My screen tells me 'This programme cannot be recorded ' if I press the record button on my Sky Q remote. The programmes I've tried are all in my package, there is enough space and my wifi is connected...good satellite signal? Any ideas out there
?

@Sherburn Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Not sure if this helps, but I had a similar situation when I tried to record an episode from a more recent series that I was following. It was simply showing as "available" to download/watch.
It turned out that the episode was only available in UHD, but I only had a subscription for HD. So was unable to record it. Hence a similar notification.
