The sky signal is ok and the wifi is connected, however i cannot load any recordings or on demand. My voice recording fucntion will not work on my remore either

@Simon263 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
