My order for sky glass

Hello I order sky glass on the 24th December it says my delivery was supposed to be today it hasn't turned up I've had no more updates and it took £20 out for upfront cost so would like to know what is happening  when I got my sky app it won't let me click my products keep saying we have technical difficulties
