Hi I've just had a new sky box and it's not doing series link on my programs I never had a problem on my old box and a engineer even came out today it worked on one programme but not on all my others I've tried resetting and I just don't know what to do??

You'll have to start the series links from scratch again now you've had a replacement box.

I've done that it records that day but it doesn't the next day, so it's not series linking I just don't get why?
