Trying to set up Sky Q box with new internet. Screen offers the option go to settings but does not
Trying to set up Sky Q box with new internet I followed the instructions given and niw have a screen headed Acessibility on Sky Q. It offers the ootion to go to Settings but does not respond when I press the highlighted button

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:
Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)
Hopefully you can then dismiss the message
Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together
If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times
Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV

Thank you, finally got it linked. Now just need to find out why there's a connectivity problem!!!
