@KEGarsenal69  You need to change your password with Netflix, not Sky.

Many threads on this, try a quick search.

Can you not login? Normally the villains can't change your password (unless they add a credit card to the account and use that to verify themselves) What do you mean you can't do anything with it?

Re: My netflix thought sky has been hacked

This happened to me last night, noticed it was all in Spanish and my profile was deleted and replaced with four other ones. They changed my email address and everything.

Called Sky just and what they have done is cancelled down the Netflix account and reloaded Netflix onto my package so I have made a new account and linked that to my Sky account.

A couple of the advisors mentioned to me on the phone that they are getting more and more calls each day about this exact issue so there's been a breach somewhere. They were very helpful though. If you call [content removed] and mention your Netflix has been hacked they'll put you in touch with the right person to get it sorted.

FYI - The call centre staff are going through a lot of training so wait times are slightly jarring but just be patient with them as they were so helpful and reassuring with this issue.

Hope you get it fixed!

Re: My netflix thought sky has been hacked

This has happened to us twice now in the last month.

All changed into Spanish.

It needs looking into. It's only ever happened since moving to sky glass.

Re: My netflix thought sky has been hacked

If I change the password or email address, you should automatically be signed out.

So how on earth am I able to watch Netflix on my TV that someone else has hacked.

It shouldn't be possible.

Internet security, in most non-financial applications, is based on digital tokens that establish trust. They are created when someone proves they're the account holder for the service and tend not to expire for quite a long time.  Change your password, someone can't login on a new device but any existing token typically isn't invalidated. That's why you have to go into the devices menu of the service and delete them. That makes the tokens which were issued no longer valid.

Re: My netflix thought sky has been hacked

Hi all, I found this thread having the same problem. I've contacted sky who advised to change the password which I did and log back in. Still in Spanish. I can see an email address on scredd. P9***@ikergood.com. I've tried coggling this email address, nothing. I am going to call sky again and ask if the app can be deleted and re-added in the hope this works and the if I have to. Create a new new address and password just for netflix as I do not want to have to set up a new personal email address. I had to do this a few years ago with a yahoo account which was compromised and created a lot of frustration
