When going into my sky app, to watch netflix, it has been changed and the profile has been locked so i cannot delete it and reset mine back up. Can the netflix app be signed out, so ican re sign back in?

@alex2505 you may be quicker contacting Netflix and explain it appears your account has been hacked they should be able to reset it for you

Following as I had the same problem on my Q box last night - only the account that had logged in was also in Spanish!!
Luckily I was able to click into the first profile on the first screen, and managed to interpret the language/menus enough to get to the account screen - it wasn't my email address, but was sort of similar. I logged it off completely, and then when I re-opened the app it let me log back on with my proper account.
