My mini box which is hard wired keeps losing connection to the main sky q box

My mini box keeps displaying an error message which says I've lost connectivity however it's hard wired. Turning off and on again at the power resolved it but it shouldn't keep happening

What is it connected to and who is your Broadband supplier?

The mini box is hard wired to main sky q box.
