@1Danny-G Unless you have changed it, its the last 4 digits of your viewing card number

@1Danny-G You can find your viewing card number by pressing home scrolling down to settings then system info then as @SKY1992bf says its the last 4 digits if its your Sky box that is asking for the pin number
