how to Change sequence of favourites channels with sky Q

I cannot change the sequence of favourite channels - google instructions do not work.

Any ideas ?  Is it still possible ?

Yes you can still add to, remove from, and change the order. See this link

hi @lavillegour

As per the  guide that @Daniel0210  has posted, it is slightly confusing as there are 2 steps

the first is just adding to the list  & you must then Save the list (even if you don't make changes) and proceed to the 2nd step where you can move them before finally saving the changes

Thanks Guys !

Your are correct. I have been wrestling with this problem for ages.

It is certainly messy. A sort of (not Logical) double move. It seems though that one can only

move a channel to within the required place other than exactly .

Never Mind I am content. .....Thanks again

hi @lavillegour

If I am reading your reply correctly, you are having problems setting the order exactly as you want them.

It can be done but is a bit fiddly - moving one channel higher will move the rest down and sometimes there are gaps which do have an option to remove.

It  can take a little  playing around to get the exact sequence you want.

BTW in case you don;t know , unfortunately, favourites are stored on that device and cannot be transferred (e.g. to minis) or backed up & need to be set back up if you have to do a box reset
